My Purpose for Running
My name is Gary Kelley and I am running to give the people of the Eastern Panhandle representation in Charleston that they can be proud of and respect. I want to make the Eastern Panhandle a real part of the conversation in Charleston. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and discussing the pressing issues that we face. Working together we can give the 60th District a strong voice in Charleston.
